Opt-In to Text Messaging (SMS)

Access Revenue Hawaii now offers text messaging to clients and patients directly from our main line, providing a faster, more convenient option for help with billing and insurance-related questions.

To enroll in this service, you must complete our “opt-in” form.

Use prompts to quickly initiate a response

Once opted in, text “Help” to (808) 746-2555 to initiate a request for help with a bill, our payment portal, insurance information, or other relevant assistance we can provide. Texting “HELP” will prompt a text response from our team as soon as possible, asking how we can be of service, along with a follow-up phone call, unless you indicate you prefer text messages over calls.

Texting “HELP” is not for behavioral health emergencies. In an emergency, please call 911. If suicidal and you are in urgent need of assistance, you may text or call 988 to speak with the national suicide hotline. They will connect you with a crisis specialist right away.

Text “STOP” to (808) 746-2555 to opt out of our text messaging service at any time.
